It may help to explain the way a procedure used to be handled pre-Alma) Special Collections Request approved by librarians/ILS UI: Central seems to take precedent and show up as default holding, even when 1+ other libraries have the same book. Can all of these display? Additional question: If you check the “library” box or “lock” into a specific library, can the results prioritize holdings in that library above others? Get rid of “offsite” as separate library for special collections, and rely on “location” (remote) to signal to users that the item is not available in the library. Making sure all special collections (whether at 21n, EBL, or SCUA locations) can be searched under Special Collections is crucial.
