To renew “lost” items, please following the steps below:
- Navigate to the patron’s record in “Fulfillment > Manage Patron Services” section of Alma.
- Find the item marked as “Lost” within the patron’s loan list.
- Select the lost item and choose the “Found item” option from the row action menu.
4. Once the item status is changed back to Normal, you can proceed to renew it using the standard renewal process.
