1. What was decided upon?
* If a bibliographic record is found to have all of its holdings and items suppressed, then we need to go ahead and suppress the bibliographic record.
2. Why was this decided?
* There is a bug in Alma that is allowing bibliographic records to display when all holdings are suppressed, even though the option to suppress these automatically has been enabled. Ex Libris support recognizes this issue and has scheduled a fix for June 2019 (Ex Libris Case #00597207)
