Remove PO Lines and Bibs added in error

  • Under the Import Profile, go to History. Select the job you wish to remove.
  • Select the Imported PO lines
  • Create a set of these lines
  • Go to Jobs, select Change PO Line Status, Cancel PO lines
  • Under Childless bib action, select Delete Bib Records
  • After job runs to Cancel the PO Lines, run Change PO Line status again, and select Delete PO Lines.
  • If necessary, go to Acquisitions> Purchase Order> Delete PO
