What was decided upon? (e.g. what has been updated or changed?) For the July 20 launch, add Text Me to this area and work later to get it in the Send To Tool Bar.

Why was this decided? (e.g. explain why this decision was reached. It may help to explain the way a procedure used to be handled pre-Alma) This should be available but the link will be closer to the call number and not in the send to area at go live. The send to area is controlled differently and we cannot add the feature without using the email format which is too long.
