In a MS Teams discussion on 09/02/2021, it was decided to add the appropriate documentation for Adjunct, Adjoint, Visiting Scholars, and any other groups to their Alma User Records using the Attachments tab. Before this decision, we were saving this documentation to a SharePoint site. This will be discontinued. It was also decided that there is no need to keep this documentation since it is personal data information, per Nancy Godleski. Periodically (once a month), user records are purged from Alma, based upon the Purge Dates in the User Record. Once a record passes their purge date, they will be removed from Alma, which includes this documentation.
